Chamonix Mont -Blanc or simply Chamonix is the world capital of outdoor activities, regardless of the time of year.

If you like to play sports like mountain climbing, mountain bike, skiing, paragliding, and parachute or enjoys just walking the trail on the mountain, Chamonix has what you are looking for.

The city is situated in a valley where the south side is the massif Mont Blanc and the north side, the massif of Aiguilles Rouges, so your look is fascinating and even those who are not sports lovers have much to do there. Among Cafes, restaurants, shops, read a good book, enjoy a fine wine or relax. The population of the city is about 13,000 and receives up to 100-150 thousand visitors in the summer and winter peaks.

The main ski resorts are Le Brevent and Midi Aiguilli the last one only for professional skiers to be considered an off- track mountain. 

The view of Mont Blanc from the cable car that leads to Le Brevent is one of the best and most beautiful in the region. The cable car that leads to Aiguilli the Midi, starts from the center of the city and it is a journey of two steps and one of the most amazing and radical of the world. The first stop brings visitors to the plan de l’ aiguille at the 2300m. The second stage is almost vertical travel and cross the glacier Les Pelerins.

In addition to the ski resorts and sports that you can practice there, Chamonix has Theme Parks, amusement parks, roller coaster in the mountains, waterfalls tours between the mountains and a restaurant where you can meet the regional fauna. Paint Ball, Rafting, Climbing Arena with 1250 square meters and horses rides.
